about

A live album recorded at the Purcell Room the South Bank Centre London on 11 march 1995, in support of David Toop and Max Eastley. I remember I was invited not only for the apparent strength of my work, but also because I had a tiny set up that would fit into a small space, and this was especially appealing to the other artists since their equipment took up most of the stage.

i scanned the airwaves live as I improvised much of this live set.It was also interesting as I attended a health and safety meeting before the show to ensure I was not going to use any pyrotechnics (!!), and unsettled the staff by asking if fire-eating was still allowed on stage then 😀
